شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:

Here at the Filimo data team, we are looking for a “Data Analyst” who is passionate about data analysis and managing data-based campaigns. Our top candidate is self-driven, creative, and possesses strong critical thinking skills. You will have to work with various distributed types of data and databases, so a foundational understanding of data structures and relational databases is required. Furthermore, having business knowledge is beneficial since it aids in interpreting the reports and insights that you provide.

 

 | Requirements:  ·   

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis 
  • Familiar with main business KPIs
  • Able to use Python for collecting, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data
  • Familiarity with Python Data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn 
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategies 
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages
 

Responsibilities:

  •  Designing data monitoring dashboard
  • Gathering data and preparing meaningful reports for decision makers
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the Project.
  • Proactively explore data to develop actionable recommendations and provide new metrics.
 

You need to:

  • Communicate with different stakeholders
  • Be creative and self-motivated
  • Have analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Focus on accuracy as these reports are used for key business decision-making and external reporting
  • Must be able to work off-hours if needed.
  • At Least 1 year relevant work experience.
