We are looking for another assistant to work across the manager’s personal and business life to join the team. You'll be working side-by-side with him and the team across various exciting projects. You will perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, as well as the chance to get involved in some exciting opportunities internationally. Therefore, you have strong English skills (written and verbal). A strong internet connection to use communication tools like Skype is required for this role. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Some but not all of the tasks include:
Respond to emails
Schedule meetings
Book travel and accommodations
Buy the groceries
Manage a contact list
Prepare client management spreadsheets and keep online records
Organise managers' calendars
Perform market research
Create presentations as assigned
Address employees' administrative queries
Provide customer service as the first point of contact

Skills and qualifications
Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills in English; copywriting skills are highly desirable.
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
High school diploma; additional qualifications in English and as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
