Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our remote team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, predicting market trends, preparing detailed reports, and helping guide our company’s financial decisions. This role demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to work independently from any location.

Requirements

Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of financial software tools such as Excel, Python or R, SQL, and Bloomberg Terminal.
A deep understanding of financial markets and economic indicators.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect and scrutinize financial data, identifying trends and offering actionable insights.
Financial Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future economic conditions and assist in corporate planning.
Investment Recommendations: Provide investment recommendations through the thorough analysis of market trends and company financials.
Reporting and Presentation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with various departments to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
Market Research: Continuously monitor market developments and update models and strategies accordingly.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering skill development and growth.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Project Management: Lead financial projects from inception to completion, coordinating across different teams and ensuring goals are met on time.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
A propensity for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and independently.
