Job Title: Back-End Developer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned back-end developer to join our remote team. This role involves ensuring seamless server-side operations of our web applications, collaborating with other team members, and creating an efficient and secure back-end infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Server-Side Logic Development: Craft and maintain the server-side application logic to support the functionalities of web applications.
Database Management: Establish, manage, and interact with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
API Development: Design, implement, and maintain APIs to enable robust interactions between the front and back ends.
Performance Tuning: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.
Security: Implement robust security measures, data protection, and encryption techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure cohesive product development.
Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve server-side issues; ensure the consistent performance of back-end functionalities.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in back-end development.

Requirements:

Proficiency in back-end development languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, PHP).
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with server management and associated tools (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
Experience working in a remote setting and adept at utilizing remote collaboration tools.
Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git.

Qualifications:

Proficient in English with a minimum of B2 level.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is a plus.
2 years of experience as a back-end developer.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex server-side solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
