Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a remote position responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. This role will enhance brand awareness within the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads. It demands an individual who can work independently, think critically, and engage with the broader team virtually.

Requirements:

Must have a reliable internet connection suitable for regular video meetings.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software platforms.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Formation: Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to our brand's objectives.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure a steady stream of relevant and engaging material.
Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Pay-Per-Click Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
Email Campaigns: Design, send, and track the performance of email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Oversight: Manage our company's presence across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
SEO Initiatives: Work on improving organic reach through effective SEO strategies.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments remotely to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer journeys.
Stay Updated: Regularly update skills and knowledge to keep pace with the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) for both written and spoken communication.
Professional certifications in digital marketing platforms like Google, HubSpot, or others are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative remote environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
