Job Title: Brand Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Brand Specialist with a strong focus on design and a strategic mindset to lead our brand initiatives. You will be pivotal in managing, promoting, and visually expressing our brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with our company's business goals.

Our brand is more than just a logo, color, or font—it encapsulates how our clients and people experience our business. As a Senior Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for visually expressing our brand identity in the most impactful way, ensuring that everything we produce is consistently on brand.

Requirements

· Creative and strategic thinker with expertise in managing and visually representing a brand.

· Strong background in developing marketing strategies for new product launches.

· Ability to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for alignment with sales.

· Proficient in working with management to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business goals.

· Extensive knowledge and ability to utilize key elements of visual identity (logo, tagline, signature graphic, color, typography, photography) to create consistent and compelling brand materials.

· Familiarity with visual identity guidelines and the ability to produce high-level or specialist brand materials.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement brand strategies and visually engaging marketing campaigns for new product launches.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and align our products with sales opportunities.

· Collaborate with management to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with the company's business goals.

· Utilize key elements of our visual identity (logo, tagline, signature graphic, color, typography, photography) to create high-level or specialist brand materials that resonate with our target audience.

· Refer to and adhere to the main set of visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand materials.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or a related field, with a focus on design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

· English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Additional Information

· Previous experience in completing an internship in marketing, advertising, or communications is beneficial.

· Specialized certifications or training in areas like Digital Marketing, Analytics, or Project Management are a plus.
