Job Title: Power Apps Developer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a seasoned professional in this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from any location while contributing to high-level project initiatives. Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2 level) are a prerequisite for this position.

Requirements:

· Must have a stable internet connection suitable for remote work and video conferencing.

· Available for synchronous meetings during the company’s standard working hours.

· Ability to work independently, managing tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

· Possess the necessary equipment and software tools to perform tasks remotely.

· Fluent in English with a minimum proficiency of B2 level.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of custom business applications using the Power Platform, primarily focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations with other Microsoft services.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and customize SharePoint online lists, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Develop both model-driven and canvas apps that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

· Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, translating business needs into technological solutions.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Power Platform's capabilities and limitations, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.

· Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power Apps development, including hands-on experience with Power Automate and Common Data Service (CDS).

· Proficiency in developing and deploying applications using Microsoft Power Apps Studio and Power Automate Portal.

· Hands-on experience with database design and data modeling.

· Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.

· Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to lead and mentor a team.

· Demonstrated ability to work remotely, managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
