As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist with a passion for natural language processing and a deep understanding of the legal sector.

Role Overview:

As an AI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our NLP-based services tailored to the legal industry. You will work closely with our engineers, data scientists, and legal experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that address complex legal challenges. Your expertise in NLP, machine learning, and legal technology will drive our product development forward.

Key Responsibilities:

NLP Model Development: Design, train, and optimize NLP models for various legal applications, including document analysis, contract review, legal research, and more.

Data Analysis: Work with large legal datasets, perform data preprocessing, and extract meaningful insights to improve model performance.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand legal requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI, and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve legal challenges.

Deployment and Integration: Implement and integrate AI models into our existing legal technology stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of NLP models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on NLP.

Experience: Proven experience in developing NLP models and solutions, preferably within the legal industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP techniques.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminologies, processes, and challenges. Experience working on legal tech projects is highly desirable.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing practical, efficient solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of the project.
