شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing tech company at the forefront of the VOD streaming industry and looking for an experienced “DevOps Engineer” to join our organization to work together on our VOD product.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our streaming platform's infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our services, ensuring high availability and performance. You will also be instrumental in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that enhance our platform's scalability, security, and overall efficiency. Your expertise will help drive our continuous integration and deployment processes, while ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and security practices are in place. You will collaborate closely with various teams to support and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues, ensuring seamless operation and delivery of services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Kubernetes Management:
    • Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters.
    • Monitor and maintain the health of the Kubernetes infrastructure.
    • Implement best practices for scaling and performance optimization.
  • Storage Solutions:
    • Manage and optimize Minio object storage for high availability and performance.
    • Administer MySQL databases, ensuring efficient and secure data handling.
    • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for storage solutions.
  • CDN Solutions:
    • Ensure low-latency, high-throughput, and reliability of the CDN service.
    • Collaborate with the development and operations teams to integrate the CDN with existing infrastructure.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Monitoring and Logging:
    • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar tools.
    • Ensure comprehensive logging and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Perform regular security assessments and audits.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in managing Minio object storage.
  • Extensive experience with MySQL database administration.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, security practices, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing and implementing on-premise CDN solutions.
  • Experience in the media or streaming industry.
  • Knowledge of video streaming protocols and technologies (HLS, DASH, etc.).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
