شرح موقعیت شغلی

Looking for a full time position UX designer. You need to be able to work fast, great at communicating, and be able to pick up concepts quickly. It is incredibly important that you know how to work in a team. You need to be able to read and write in English and know how to work with developers.

You have to be:
- self-disciplined.
- able to articulate thoughts and plans clearly, both verbally and in written form.
- Pay very close attention to the requirements and deliver outstanding results.
- Be able to get the general requirements for a given feature, research to understand the feature more in-depth, come up with different UX alternatives, and design an appealing UI.
- Have good taste in designing beautiful UI and coming up with intuitive, exciting ideas.
- Be able to design for different screen sizes
- create animation and transitions between pages
- be very clean and organized in your Figma board....create components, group everything and name them appropriately, name your artboards, create a flow.
- proficient with Figma

Huge plus but not required:
- able to design logos and icons
- you work out (lift weights); that does help out a lot because you would better understand what the users will be going through (supersets, drop sets, jump sets)

All text communication will be in English, and voice or video calls will be in Farsi. Everyone on our team speaks Farsi, but we write everything in English to make our documentation universal.
