شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a talented and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in driving the development of our machine learning models and algorithms to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that solve real-world problems. As a senior member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to bring new products and features to market, and help shape our machine learning strategy.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with an extensive background in Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will play an essential role in leading our machine learning projects to extract valuable insights, solve complex problems, and build highly scalable NLP systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop machine learning models to solve complex NLP tasks.

2. Improve existing NLP systems with the use of state-of-the-art techniques.

3. Collaborate with our data science team to design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines.

4. Conduct exploratory data analysis and build data-processing systems.

5. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, explain model outcomes, and provide insightful recommendations.

6. Stay updated with the latest NLP and Machine Learning trends, technologies, and techniques.

7. Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for machine learning development, deployment, and maintenance

Qualifications:
* PhD degree in computer science, machine learning, AI, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in both developing and deploying machine learning models and systems in a commercial or startup setting, as well as applying NLP techniques such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), Sentiment Analysis, or Text Classification.
* Strong experience with Python, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

* Familiarity with concepts like Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning.

* Proven experience with modern NLP techniques such as Transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, etc.)

* Excellent problem-solving skills, independent thought process, and a strong passion for machine learning.

* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team.
