شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a senior Front end developer who can build simple, beautiful, massively scalable and highly interactive front end experiences. Our Ideal Candidate should be able to create cutting edge UI, empowering us to establish, build, and grow relationships with global customers and personally driven to lead our forward thinking front end development and frequently collaborate with engineering, design, PMs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Be a self-starter, set and accomplish own goals during the sprints

· Write clean, efficient, scalable and testable code

· Implementing user interfaces and API endpoints

· Convert detailed requirements into tangible solutions while meeting deadlines and acceptance criteria.

· Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications

· Optimize applications for best performance and a novel user experience

· Work directly with our engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation

· Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design

· Research solutions to improve the user experience, share with the PMs and implement the confirmed ones

· Implement A/B testing and other growth experiments to drive continual iteration

· Communicate with the team promptly

· Participate in our weekly and daily team meetings

· Push yourself to grow, be challenged, learn new things, and take ownership for being the best you can be

· Ability to work remotely inside a team

Essential Skills

· 5+ years of Front End software development experience

· Javascript (ReactJS/ VueJS), HTML, CSS

· REST Web Services, architecture principles, and design patterns

· Experience in developing statistical and analytical dashboards

· Mindfulness of UX

· Experience working with version control tools such as Git, SVN, ets

· Microservices architecture

· React ecosystem

· SQL (PostgreSQL/mysql), optimization, indexes etc

Desirable Skills

· Familiarity with organizational workflow and processes

· Experience using GraphQL or similar tools to draw interactive process maps

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience

· Worked with automated deployments and continuous integration

. Proven writing and speaking skills in English

گروه صنایع غذایی رشد در سال 1358 با نام تجاری آزاد ماکارون در استان یزد شروع به فعالیت نمود. در ابتدا تولیدات این شرکت تنها به گروه محصولات ماکارونی و حوزه فعالیت آن به استان یزد محدود می شد. در سال 1370 با اجرای فاز اول طرح توسعه، ظرفیت تولید کارخانه به 4 تن در روز رسید تا با شناخته شدن به عنوان برند اول در زمینه تولید ماکارونی، محصولات خود را نه تنها در سراسر ایران توزیع نماید بلکه به بازار برخی از کشورهای همسایه نیز دسترسی یابد.
در سال 1375، در طی فاز دوم طرح توسعه خود، صنایع غذایی رشد به عنوان اولین شرکت دارنده واحد تحقیق و توسعه ثبت شده در ایران شناخته شد و با راه اندازی خط تولید انواع پودرکیک نیمه آماده، موفق گردید به عنوان اولین تولیدکننده، نشان استاندارد ملی را در این زمینه اخذ نماید. همچنین این شرکت با بهبود فرایند تولید، موفق به کسب اولین گواهی بين المللي ISO-9001 در صنعت ماكاروني كشور شد.
صنایع غذایی رشد با جایگزینی روش توليد سنتی ماكاروني و لازانيا با روش توليد مدرن و همچنین گسترش سبد محصولات خود با برند های مختلف، تلاش بر آن دارد تا هرچه بهتر بتواند با در نظر گرفتن سليقه ي خانواده هاي ايراني محصولاتي با كيفيت و قيمت مناسب را عرضه نمايد و همچنان نام خود را به نيكي در اذهان ايرانيان حفظ نمايد.
