شرح موقعیت شغلی

Here at the Rooberah Insights Team, we are looking for a “Senior Data Analyst” who is passionate about data analysis and managing data-based deision making. Our top candidate is self-driven, creative, and possesses strong critical thinking skills. You will have to work with various distributed types of data and databases, so a foundational understanding of data structures and relational databases is required. Furthermore, having business knowledge is beneficial since it aids in interpreting the reports and insights that you provide.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Familiar with main business KPIs
  • Able to use Python for collecting, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data 
  • Familiarity with Python Data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages
  • Familiar with metabase, BigQuery and Airflow
  • At least 4 years relevant work experience
Responsibilities:

  • Help us define and develop data pipelines for analytical databases
  • Be a strategic partner for Senior Leadership: Driving end to end high complexity analysis on a strategic level in which the business domain is critical to drive overall company success.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements
  • Designing data monitoring dashboards
  • Gathering data and preparing meaningful reports for decision makers
  • Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the Project.
  • Proactively explore data to develop actionable recommendations and provide new metrics.
You need to:

  • Communicate with different stakeholders
  • Be creative and self-motivated
  • Have analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Focus on accuracy as these reports are used for key business decision-making and external reporting
  • Must be able to work off-hours if needed.
