Product Manager (Mid-Level to Senior)

About Us
We are a fast-growing high-tech company with a team of approximately 60 professionals, delivering hardware and software solutions for clients across the globe. Our products are deployed in real-world environments where reliability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction matter.
We work in a hybrid environment. Our office is located in Karaj, and depending on project needs, some days may require on-site collaboration while others can be fully remote.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager (Mid-Level to Senior) to take ownership of a product from end to end.
This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, operations, and customer delivery. You will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution.
When requirements are unclear—and they often are—you will bring structure, define priorities, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement..
• Act as the primary bridge between customers, stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations..
• Define product requirements, user stories, priorities, and roadmaps..
• Drive execution across hardware and software teams..
• Manage product delivery timelines and ensure commitments are met..
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations,and leadership teams..
• Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers..
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes..

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience..
• Experience working with both software products and operational processes..
• Familiarity with hardware-enabled products or IoT systems is a strong advantage..
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability..
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
• Highly delivery-focused and results-oriented..
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills..
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment..
