Here at Ronash, we are looking for a passionate Assistant Product Manager to join our team and work closely with our Product Manager to enhance customer communication. In this vital role, you will take charge of managing all indirect customer interactions, excluding marketing activities. Your primary mission is to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Product, and Technical Development, to streamline existing processes and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience while promoting our product effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Design and Optimization with a Data-Driven Approach: Play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing our customer care process. Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer experience using data-driven insights obtained through customer journey mapping.
Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the Quality Assurance specialist, continuously testing the application by following issue reports or prior to each release.
User Feedback Evaluation: Evaluate user requests and user feedback, which includes user reviews, bug reports, and feature requests. Transfer these insights to the Product team to provide comprehensive responses to our customers.
Educational Content Creation: Develop educational articles for the Customer Care team and our end-users. These articles should effectively explain the functionality that requires learning.
Video Content Production: Create and publish walkthrough or promotional videos for new app functionalities.
Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive record of all changes made in the product, including release notes or strategy adjustments.
Customer Care Collaboration: Foster close communication with the Customer Care team to ensure they are kept updated and are readily available to resolve special user issues.
International Customer Engagement: Engage with our international customers through various meetings, whether they are educational or for other customer care communications.
Job Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent skills in writing, speaking, and listening.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial engineering,MBA, Management or related discipline.
Exceptional Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills, covering listening, writing, speaking (including public speaking), presentation skills, virtual meetings, and video recording.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical development process is a plus.
Testing Proficiency: Proficiency in technical application testing, with meticulous attention to detail and scenarios.
Data-Driven Approach: Exhibit a data-driven mindset, utilizing data and metrics to assess the impact of decisions.
Problem-Solving: Approach problem-solving systematically, identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a proactive follow-up attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
