Position Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will lead a talented team of engineers and professionals responsible for backend development, frontend development and DevOps Engineering within our company. This role will involve both technical leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and maintenance of our Java-based backend and React JS-based frontend.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive innovation and best practices in software development, architecture, and system design.
Manage IT infrastructure and ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in software development with Java (backend) and React JS (frontend).
Experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
