شرح موقعیت شغلی

We will be interested to find a talented and motivated Person to help us drive the execution . This person would be responsible for defining the product roadmap and alignment, interesting business problems and find innovative, creative ways to solve them. You will work with Flower designers (florists) in a very very different and also one and only Flower Factory in Iran to deliver this beautiful product to clients perfectly .You must have also experience to work and manage operation, technical, marketing and accounting team to solve complex problems in simple ways.

Responsibilities:

Regularly identifying and discovering new product needs.
Taking ownership of conducting business tests to improve the product and business metrics.
Define product features, functionality, and specifications.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Create a product roadmap, setting priorities and timelines.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Defining success at the feature level.
Protecting the product team's culture and mindset within the organization.
Communicate product updates and progress with stakeholders and team members
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life decisions.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in E-commerce and start-up business lines .
A strong understanding of product science and a product mindset.
Experience in platform products is a plus.
