شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Algorithmic Trader/Quantitative Analyst with expertise in Strategy Quant to join our trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies across multiple markets.The job responsibilities is include:

Strong experience in algorithmic trading: The candidate should have a strong background in developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies across multiple markets, with a proven track record of profitable trading strategies. Experience in high-frequency trading, market-making, or statistical arbitrage would be a plus.
Expertise in using Strategy Quant: The candidate should be an expert in using Strategy Quant software for trading strategy development and optimization, and should have experience with other similar quantitative research platforms.
Strong programming skills: The candidate should have strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with data analysis tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills: The candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify potential trading opportunities. Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, or deep learning would be a plus.
Strong understanding of financial markets: The candidate should have a deep understanding of financial markets, including market structure, trading dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of different asset classes such as equities, futures, options, and currencies would be a plus.
Familiarity with trading platforms and technologies: The candidate should be familiar with trading platforms and technologies such as FIX protocol, order management systems, and execution management systems. Experience with market data feeds, order routing, and exchange connectivity would be a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively: The candidate should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced trading environment, and should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills: The candidate should have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with presenting research findings, performance reports, or investment recommendations to senior management or investors would be a plus.
