The NOC Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling the day to day activities of all NOC technicians. They will work closely with various other internal departments and must have the ability to lead and work successfully within a team environment
Supervise a team of 20 technicians to ensure the best network availability possible
Be the main point of escalation within the NOC and primary flow of information to upper-management
Maintain and organize a rotating schedule, as well as planned time off for all NOC personnel
Use independent judgment to direct employees and to make decisions and/or effective recommendations regarding employee assignments, directions, transfers, discipline, rewards, and promotions
Report overall group performance and group obstacles weekly to Manager
Supervise all NOC technicians and help troubleshoot network issues
:Requirements
Have degree in computer software
Have 3+ experiences in this field
Maximum dedication and effort with high energy, enthusiasm and urgency
Familiar with Wireless Networks
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
Follow written Network Operations Procedures as required
Timely compile specific network reports based on different metrics
Familiar with wireless devices
Have CCNA & CCNP certificate
Other tasks or duties as assigned
