We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who help us to identify, assess, and bring top talents to work remotely with our partner companies in North America.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for designated positions including creating job postings, organizing interviews, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, leading strategy discussions with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Solid experience in hiring talents in the tech industry including software engineers, team leads, product managers, UX/UI designers, illustrators and graphic designers
Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process
Experienced in developing strategies to maintain previously hired employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated track record of driving successful strategies and tactics throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Familiarity with software development life-cycle
