We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR/BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, introducing our app, and generating interest in our software. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up sales meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn to identify potential customers
Introduce our app and articulate its value proposition to generate interest and qualify leads
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through systematic lead qualification and nurturing
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule sales meetings or product demonstrations
Track and document all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge through training and self-study
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proactive and persistent approach to prospecting and lead generation
Familiarity with email and LinkedIn outreach strategies and best practices
Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our app/software
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (knowledge of apps like RocketReach is a plus)
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
