one+ year experience as a Scrum Master
Knowledge of software development best practices
Knowledge of scaled scrum frameworks
Soft Skills
Critical thinking ability and problem solving skills
Ability to use variety of reports to inform the stakeholders
Knowledge of techniques for improving team efficiency
