What You’ll Do


  • Uncover High-Value Opportunities: Research the market and talk with customers to spot the biggest business challenges; before anyone else does.
  • Define Winning Solutions: Turn those insights into clear product goals and roadmaps that drive real revenue and customer impact.
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Partner with engineering and design to scope features, set priorities, and align on timelines that balance speed with quality.
  • Drive Execution & Results: Oversee development cycles, remove blockers, and ensure we ship on time; then measure success against key business metrics.
  • Continuously Improve: Analyze data and feedback to optimize our products, test new ideas, and pivot quickly when the market shifts.
  • Own Your Domain: You won’t just “do tasks”; you’ll own end-to-end outcomes, make strategic trade-offs, and keep everyone focused on the biggest wins.

What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ Years in Product: You’ve managed products from idea through launch, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting.
  • Strong English: Excellent written and verbal skills are a MUST.
  • Problem Finder: You spot issues others miss and know how to validate them.
  • Technical Literacy: You understand how software components fit together and can discuss trade-offs clearly.
  • Data-Driven: You set success metrics, run tests, and use analytics to guide decisions.
  • Ownership: You don’t wait for instructions; you take charge and drive progress.
  • Business Sense: You understand market pressures, user value, and how to balance both.
