Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized English Content Team Lead who is more than just a content expert. This role blends copywriting, content strategy, and generalist marketing in a startup environment, making it perfect for someone with a passion for words and a keen eye on growth.

You will lead and contribute to various content marketing efforts, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our voice resonates across channels. It’s a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a cutting-edge AI company while developing marketing strategies for North American real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting

Create high-quality written content (landing pages, blog posts, social media, emails, banners, etc.) in fluent, native-like English.
Edit, optimize, and perform quality control on marketing content to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
Write compelling UX copy and scripts for marketing assets in alignment with the company brand and voice.

Marketing & Strategy

Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to produce creative, data-driven marketing materials.
Research industry trends in AI and real estate to develop relevant content strategies.
Track and analyze content performance and apply insights to refine future strategies.

Client-Facing & Cross-Team Work

Attend meetings and user interviews with prospects to gather insights.
Support client communication and help ensure smooth onboarding and retention processes.
Actively collaborate with business development and partnership teams to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Exceptional English skills in both writing and speaking (Native-like or professionally advanced).
Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content strategy, and community engagement.
Familiarity with content management tools, social media platforms, and marketing software.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
Bonus: Experience in real estate, AI, or international startup ecosystems.
