شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and eager-to-learn professional in our technical team to take responsibility for supporting users and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. This role is a combination of daily user support, system management, and network infrastructure tasks. Full-time physical presence at the workplace is mandatory due to the hardware and infrastructure nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Technical Support

· Respond to employees’ technical requests via phone, email, and in-person support.

· Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

· Assemble workstations and perform hardware upgrades when needed.

· Guide users on how to effectively use internal tools and company systems.

· Log, track, and follow up on requests through a ticketing system.

Systems & Network Administration

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

· Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security levels (Active Directory / Microsoft 365).

· Support the company network infrastructure and related equipment.

· Manage internet access and support Proxy and VPN setup and operations.

· Apply OS/application updates, security patches, and antivirus updates.

Infrastructure & Passive Network Services

· Perform passive network tasks such as cabling, ducting, termination, and rack/patch-panel organization.

· Oversee IT-related electrical wiring and ensure cable integrity and equipment connectivity.

· Install and configure network equipment such as modems, switches, and access points.

· Conduct preventive maintenance activities to reduce risk of downtime and recurring issues.

· Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to basic security standards.

· Perform regular data backups and document incidents and resolutions.

Projects & Dynamic Tasks

· Handle ad-hoc and non-routine technical tasks based on organizational needs.

· Research, learn, and implement new tools or software required by the business.

· Participate in IT upgrade and infrastructure improvement projects.

· Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective (accounts, devices, access).

· Collaborate with other technical teams and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields or equivalent experience

· Minimum 2 years of work experience in technical support or system management

· Strong hands-on computer hardware skills (assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs)

· Familiarity with networking concepts TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN

· Familiarity with virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) at a basic level

· Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems

· Proficiency in Active Directory (User/Group, GPO) and Microsoft 365

· Hands-on experience with passive network tasks (cabling, termination, rack organization)

· Familiarity with network equipment such as switches, routers, and access points

· Familiarity with ticketing and request management systems

· Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, Proxy, and VPN

· Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, especially in the field of artificial intelligence

· Strong communication skills, patience in dealing with users

· Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking

· Flexibility and readiness to perform various technical tasks outside daily routine
