Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Designer to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects, making a meaningful impact on our product user experience. We need someone who can approach problems with a user-centered mindset, from discovery to delivery, while effectively balancing business objectives and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough user research and analyze market trends to inform design decisions and ensure our products meet customer needs.
Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.
Clearly communicate design decisions and effectively collaborate within a team that values cooperation and avoids ego-driven attitudes.
Collaborate with the development team and cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine product requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Create engaging, usable, and effective interaction and visual design solutions that work to achieve customers' goals and delight at the same time.
Develop comprehensive design documentation for an effective handoff, facilitating a seamless transition from design to implementation within the development team.

Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, the experience of shipping products & showcasing your design process.
Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a diligent and proactive approach.
Proficient with UI design and Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch etc.)
Exceptional dedication to precision and the creation of a product that is flawlessly crafted in every detail.
Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.
