Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Live English Speaking Chat and Phone Support Specialist to join our customer support team. This role requires exceptional proficiency in English speaking and writing, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our users via live chat and phone, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer support through live chat and phone calls.
Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of AI HomeDesign's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
Document and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve support processes and user experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Ability to work during US and Canada time zones.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A reliable and high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with AI technology and home design is a plus but not required.
