Summary

As we expand our product, we are looking for an additional conductor to orchestrate the entire product lifecycle, from its captivating Discovery to its triumphant Delivery. Your role as an APM will be more than a job; it will be an opportunity to compose a symphony of impactful outcomes. Let's work together to compose a harmonious melody of success and innovation.

Responsibilities

As an APM, you:

Have to conduct user and market research to identify user needs, market trends, business opportunities, and new features, and develop in-detail PRDs based on the findings to ensure well-informed product development.
Are responsible for managing the PBIs from defining and prioritization to ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, ensuring a seamless development process.
Must maintain a consistent pool of pre-prepared tasks for the development team, while ensuring these tasks are thoroughly comprehended by the team, promoting efficient and focused development efforts.
Are expected to participate in scrum meetings (Standup, Retro, etc.), providing clear guidance and feedback to the development team, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
Are in charge of reviewing product documentation (including PRDs and design guides) to ensure its accuracy and up-to-date status, guaranteeing reliable documentation.
Have the role of fostering collaboration among product designers, developers, QAs, and operations to ensure smooth product delivery, facilitating cross-functional teamwork.
Need to analyze product performance and customer behavior post-rollout and make necessary improvements, ensuring the product's continued effectiveness.

Requirements

As an APM, you:

Should be familiar with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc., to facilitate efficient product management and collaboration.
Are required to have product specification and user story development knowledge, enabling you to effectively communicate product requirements to the development team.
Need to understand Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle to ensure seamless product delivery.
Are expected to have familiarity with UX concepts for crafting user-centered products that excel in both design and functionality.
Must demonstrate effective reading and writing skills in English, ensuring clear and concise communication across the team and stakeholders.
