شرح موقعیت شغلی

Company: Raymon Tejarat. Import/export company active in textile, cellulose, chemicals and spare parts field. 

 The objective of the role: 

Increase the quality and speed of service to customers, by implementing more effective Import and export procedures. 

 List of responsibilities: 

 ● Verifying, receiving, preparing, and issuing shipping documents, P/Is, contracts, and financial documents. 

● Negotiating, handling, and following up local and international transportation. 

● Negotiating and following up on affairs related to manufacturers and sellers. 

● Providing customers service for local and foreign customers. 

● Reporting to: Foreign Commercial Manager. 

● Length of probation period: 1 Month. 

● Working hours: Sat to Wed 8:30-17:00, Thu 8:30-13:30. 

● Travel requirements: Traveling inside and outside the country might possibly be needed occasionally. 

 Requirements

 ● Bachelor's degree in related majors. 

● 2 years of experience in related fields. 

● Fluent in import and export regulations and procedures. 

● Fluent in English. 

● Fluent in Microsoft Office. 

● Fluency in Turkish language is a must.
