Role Overview: As a Senior Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in guiding the team through the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to final deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple software projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and change management plans.
Ensure projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency and team productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in project management, scrum master, product owner, product management, or leadership roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
