شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Back-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer with a strong understanding of software requirements, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Remote, On-Site

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in back-end development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and implement software requirements effectively
Strong communication skills with clients and teammates
Adaptability to different development stacks
Passion for learning and staying up to date with new technologies
Proficient in:
- Git
- CI/CD processes
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Design patterns and best practices in back-end development
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
- Building RESTful APIs
- Microservice architecture
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Strong team player with a proactive mindset
Good command of the English language

Nice-to-Have Skills

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas would be a plus:

Programming languages: Python, Node.js, or Go
DevOps experience
Front-end development with Angular or React (TypeScript)
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
