شرح موقعیت شغلی

Raydad Company invites motivated and responsible people with the following specifications to complete its specialized employee for the position of technical team lead(Back-end & Front-end).

Responsibilities::
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers and professionals.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our django backend, ReactJS and NextJS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensuring high availability and scalability of back-end systems.
- Planning and prioritizing project tasks and deliverables.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum +4 years of professional experience in software development
- Experience in pushing a Frontend team forward through new technologies, methodologies, and processes
- Proven experience in software development with Django (backend), ReactJS and NextJS.
- Proficiency in Git, Docker, and CI/CD
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Expert in Software Architecture.
- Experience in database design.
