Objectives:
WeCodeRight Academy is aiming to become the platform for developers around the world, especially in Iran to improve their skills to be able to work with international companies.

Job Description:
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the needs of our target audience. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and/or, educators, and stakeholders to design and develop high-quality online courses. that includes but is not limited to:

Company Onboarding
Tech Onboarding
Bootcamp Training
Crash Course Training

That is in the below areas:

Finance
Healthcare
Programming
Platform Operations
Product Design (UI/UX design)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with experts to identify learning objectives and requirements for online courses.
Design instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
Develop engaging and interactive online learning content using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
Create and modify course content in learning management systems (LMS) or other eLearning platforms.
Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices to enhance learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of instructional materials.
Collaborate with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and developers to create multimedia elements and interactive components for online courses.
Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and instructional design strategies in eLearning and integrate them into course development.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of online courses through learner feedback, assessments, and analytics, and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Fluency in English language (Written and Speaking)
Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Basic knowledge of Video Editing Software such as Adobe Premiere
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role, designing and developing online courses.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices in eLearning.
Familiarity with multimedia development tools and techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
