We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR professional who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Collaborate with management to identify employee training and development needs, and implement appropriate programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of HR experience working in software development or IT-related company.
