We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI and ML to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, experience with the latest AI technologies, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications and libraries focused on AI and ML solutions in:
- LLM
- Speech Recognition
- Text to Speech
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features and services.
Keep up to date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the development of state-of-the-art solutions.
Optimize existing algorithms and develop new approaches to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Actively participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API references.
Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Proficiency in AI and ML technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience working with data processing and analysis tools, such as NumPy, Pandas, or SciPy.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
Familiarity with technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
