Rayankar is looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team and help us find the best talent for our organization. If you have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong networks and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
Utilize various sourcing tools, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
