About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and Next.js to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications from front to back. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust and scalable solutions that deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
Build dynamic, high-performance, SEO-friendly frontend interfaces using Next.js and React.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external services and databases.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following modern development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Manage deployment pipelines using tools like Vercel, Docker, or CI/CD platforms.
Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Next.js, and React.
Experience with REST APIs, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and ORM tools like Prisma or Sequelize.
Familiarity with authentication systems (OAuth, JWT, etc.) and best practices in security.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to write unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with serverless architecture or microservices.
Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
