We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client project delivery and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Description: As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive marketing projects for our clients. You will oversee various online marketing campaigns, ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, and supervise the execution of these projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for clients to achieve their business objectives.
Oversee and manage the delivery of all online marketing activities for clients, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and website development.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure all client projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Identify and address any project delivery issues, implementing solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role focused on client project delivery.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver successful marketing projects.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing and project delivery.
English language proficiency is a requirement.
