A Senior Marketing Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects to promote services or brands.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Oversee all stages of a marketing project from initial concept to launch and optimization.
Content Creation Coordination: Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop effective marketing materials (e.g., Artworks, ads, landing pages).
Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including freelancers, influencers, and advertising partners.
Reporting: Create detailed reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future efforts.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on project management and advertising.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality of output.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during campaign execution.
Previous experience and skills in communication strategies applied to develop impactful and innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and present campaign reports to stakeholders.
Skilled in presentation design, creating clear and engaging presentations.
Creative thinker, adept at developing campaign ideas across various tactics (OOH, social media, etc.).
Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing for ROI.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign execution and reporting.
