شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Rasha, you will be a vital part of our leadership team, shaping the technological direction of our organization and ensuring that our software engineering practices stay at the forefront of industry standards. Your role will encompass strategy, leadership, innovation, and team coordination to drive technological excellence across the company.



Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic Technology Planning: Define and lead the technological vision and strategy in alignment with business goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and scalability.
  2. Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to drive technological initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
  3. Technology Oversight: Oversee the development, deployment, and support of our products, including backend (Java, Spring), frontend (ReactJS), and on-premise infrastructure.
  4. Team Development & Mentorship: Lead and mentor the technology team, cultivating an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and growth.
  5. Vendor & Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  6. Compliance & Security Management: Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulations and industry standards, and maintain the highest security and data protection levels.
  7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion and drive technological innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and applying new technologies where beneficial.

Key Qualifications:


  • Visionary Leadership: Proven ability to lead technology teams and shape the technological direction of an organization.
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology management, including experience with Java, Spring Frameworks, [no]SQL, Microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and ReactJS.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Ability to translate technological capabilities into strategic business advantages.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English, able to articulate complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Agile & Innovative Approach: Experience with agile methodologies and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience:


  • Previous CTO or Senior Technical Leadership Role.
  • Knowledge of on-premise installations and infrastructure management.
  • Experience in growing and scaling technology teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Interview Process:


  1. Executive Screening (30 minutes): Initial conversation with our executive team to discuss your background, vision, and alignment with Rasha's values.
  2. Strategic Presentation (1 hour): Presentation on a technology strategy or case study showcasing your approach to technology leadership.
  3. Leadership & Culture Fit (45 minutes): In-depth conversation to assess your leadership style and cultural alignment with our organization.
