شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will join the product team in creating user interfaces for our digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the design of user interfaces for our products.
  • Participating in user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Collaborating with other team members to implement designs.
  • Making revisions based on user feedback and usability testing.

Key Qualifications:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in design or a related field is a plus.

Interview Process for the Junior UI/UX Designer Position

  1. Phone Screening (15 minutes): A brief discussion about your background, experience, and interest in the role.
  2. Design Challenge (To be completed at home): A task related to UI/UX design to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving.
  3. In-depth Interview (45 minutes): A discussion about your design process, your completed design challenge, and how you handle feedback and revisions.
  4. Culture Fit (30 minutes): A conversation to determine if your values and goals align with our company culture.
