شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Description:


We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our international team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing server events and infrastructure using ELK Stack, setting up and configuring DevSecOps tools, and overseeing the deployment, security of critical systems and Automate CI/CD flow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems, and help implement best practices for infrastructure and application security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-time experience in DevSecOps or SRE positions.
  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker Swarm and Kubernetes (RKE2).
  • Familiarity with Rancher and Portainer.
  • Strong understanding of Microservice architecture, Event-Driven systems, and Stream Processing (Kafka).
  • Proficiency in synchronous, asynchronous, and bidirectional communication protocols.
  • Experience with GitLab for source code management and implementing GitLab workflows.
  • Expertise in key management tools like VaultWarden and Artifactory tools such as Nexus Sonatype.
  • Proficiency in Hyperconverged Cloud technologies like Harvester 
  • Solid knowledge of basic networking concepts (Routing, Switching).
  • Experience with web servers (OpenResty), and proxy/reverse proxy tools like Traefik, HAProxy, and Nginx Proxy Manager.
  • Strong understanding of security practices (Hardening, Security Rules, IP Tables) and familiarity with firewalls, penetration testing tools, and OPNsense.
  • Experience configuring IPS/IDS systems (e.g., Zenarmor, Crowdsec).
  • Familiarity with high-availability and scalable platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with various types of databases (Centralized, Distributed, Relational, NoSQL).
  • Expertise in CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (preferably Python).
  • Ability to create and optimize deployment processes.
Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Experience with NGFW, SEIM, and WAF (e.g., ModSecurity, NAXSI).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO27001 and compliance with Makna and EFTA standards.
  • Understanding of secure coding standards (OWASP Top 10).
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Experience working with Forex Brokers, Cryptocurrency, and fiat exchanges.
