Job Summary
As a BI Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights. You will analyze customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics to guide the company’s strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that data-driven decision-making becomes a core aspect of our operations while aligning with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights into customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable strategies to optimize performance.
- Provide strategic insights to guide product development, marketing, and customer retention efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven strategies into business plans.
- Mentor team members on data analysis, BI tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a BI or similar role.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
- Strong understanding of business strategy, customer segmentation, and market dynamics.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Industry experience in (e.g., financial technology, trading, or cryptocurrency] is a plus.
