شرح موقعیت شغلی

In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other team members to create user-friendly designs and experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working on creative and technical challenges, enjoys solving problems, and Succeeds in both independent and team environments.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

· Design user interfaces for a variety of platforms, including kiosks, dashboards, mobile apps.

· Translate project requirements into thoughtful, user-friendly design solutions while considering technical constraints and limitations.

· maintain style guides and UI specifications to ensure consistency across projects.

· Work closely with developers and to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

· Present and communicate your ideas effectively to team members.

Here’s what we're looking for:

· High attention to detail in your work.

· Strong knowledge of design thinking, typography, color theory, information architecture, and interaction design.

· Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC (e.g., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).

· Proficiency in English.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a self-starter.

· Advanced problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints across platforms like desktop, mobile, Android, and iOS.

· Comfort in working with limited information and thriving in ambiguous situations.

· Familiarity with content strategy and up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX design trends and technologies.

· Strong ability to document design processes, decisions, and specifications clearly and effectively

Nice to have:

· A passion for keeping up with the latest design trends and practices.

· Familiarity with popular design systems and frameworks, such as Tailwind CSS

· Experience in creating UI/UX designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.

· A degree in Computer Science or Graphic Arts is a plus.

Compensation:

Base Salary: 8MT - 12MT.

RasaKiosk has physical office space in Ahvaz City. Employees who are based in this location will be

expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more

depending on role).

When approved to work from a location other than a RasaKiosk office, a secure, reliable, and consistent

internet connection is required.
