شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Designer at Ramzinex, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful, user-centric product experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other Designers to define, prototype, and deliver elegant design solutions that solve real user problems in the crypto and fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and execute end-to-end product design work — from discovery to production-ready designs.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into product flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Conduct user research, user testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI style guides, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure quality implementation of designs.
  • Use user analytics and data insights to iterate on and improve existing product experiences.
  • Advocate for the user and design best practices within cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, especially in fintech, crypto, and digital wallets.
Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience (portfolio required) in product/UI/UX design.
  • Strong command of UX fundamentals: interaction design, user flows, information architecture.
  • Expertise in UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Good visual design sense and ability to create polished, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Interest in blockchain, crypto, fintech products is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication in Farsi; English proficiency is a bonus
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)


  • Experience working in fast-paced startups.
  • Knowledge of motion design or micro-interaction principles.
  • Familiarity with data visualization design patterns.
  • Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., microsoft clarity, Hotjar). 
  • Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
