شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Ramzinex, we are looking for a Multidisciplinary Product Designer who can bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality. In this role, you will help shape and elevate the visual experience of our product.

While a meaningful part of your role will involve tackling UI/UX challenges and product flows, your primary focus will be elevating the visual layer of our product. You will be responsible for creating compelling product illustrations, custom icons, and in-app banners, ensuring our brand identity is strongly represented within the product experience. This role is a great opportunity to utilize your strong visual skills while actively expanding your core product design expertise alongside our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging product illustrations, iconography, and in-app banners that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Understand, maintain, and advocate for Ramzinex’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all product interfaces.
  • Contribute to UI/UX design tasks, including screen layouts, user flows, wireframing, and component updates.
  • Organize and manage visual assets and UI components within our design system.
  • Collaborate with other designers and product team to align visual assets with product goals.
  • Embrace a continuous learning curve, actively seeking feedback and showing the resilience and grit needed to grow from a junior to a senior level.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills, specifically focusing on product illustration, iconography, and digital graphic assets.
  • Solid proficiency in Figma for both visual asset creation and interface design.
  • Strong grasp of visual identity fundamentals: color theory, typography, spacing, and composition.
  • Exceptional Soft Skills: Highly responsible, accountable, and resilient. You must have a strong “growth mindset” and the dedication to master the broader spectrum of product design.
  • Great attention to detail and a pixel-perfect mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in Farsi; ability to receive and act on constructive criticism.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience or specific skills in 2D illustration techniques.
  • Proficiency in vector illustration tools alongside Figma (e.g., Adobe Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and a strong desire to deepen this knowledge.
  • Interest in the crypto, blockchain, and fintech domains.
