شرح موقعیت شغلی

Full technical support for all network systems and company units.

Evaluation of the existing network, providing appropriate reports, installation, configuration, and modification of network software.

Resolution of hardware and software issues for all computer systems in the network.

Maintenance, development, management, and security of the internal network.

Investigation and implementation of methods and solutions to counter intrusion and virus contamination.

Software support for all application software used in the network.

Examination of existing products and systems and proposing potential alternatives to meet specific requirements.

Development of network infrastructure.

Technical support for the hardware and software infrastructure of the institution.

Installation and setup of network infrastructure.

Analysis and reporting of system performance.

Support for CCTV camera systems.

Establishment of the network between different company branches.

Establishment of internal and external VPN.

Installation and setup of required software.

Analysis and examination of user access levels.

Assignment of various user access levels (internet and printing).

Providing systems to facilitate service delivery.

Maintenance and management of network services (internet, email, website, etc.).

Implementation and deployment of the latest IT findings to enhance the capabilities of the relevant unit.

Study and opinion on the design and implementation of application systems.

Preparation of device certificates for the company's existing devices.

Performing assessment, repair, and upgrade stages of IT equipment.

Supervised the purchase of high-quality computer equipment and components at reasonable prices in the market.

Required primary skills:

Familiarity with network concepts, troubleshooting, and security.

Familiarity and management of network hardware, software, and computer systems.

Familiarity with Jira.

Familiarity with servers, services, and required systems.

Comprehensive understanding of VOIP concepts and central systems.

Familiarity with database management (SQL).

Proficiency in English.

Familiarity with server, hosting, and domain concepts.
