Description

As the Social Media Manager at Ramzinex, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, increasing online engagement, and building a loyal online community.

You will be responsible for:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Create content calendars and schedules for various social media platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

Produce high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
Regularly update and maintain our social media profiles to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Community Engagement.

Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and authentically.
Initiate discussions, polls, and other interactive activities to encourage engagement.

Audience Growth:

Implement strategies to increase our follower base and reach on all relevant social media platforms.
Identify and leverage emerging trends, tools, and techniques to maximize organic growth.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Generate regular reports that showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for future improvements.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and pursue collaborations with influencers, industry partners, and relevant online communities to expand our reach.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of direct working experience as a Social Media Manager.
Demonstrable portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to the ever-changing digital landscape
