Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our dynamic team. As an APM, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our cryptocurrency exchange platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to execute product strategies, analyze data, and contribute to the overall success of our products.


Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and gather insights for product improvements.

- Define and document detailed product requirements, including user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes, ensuring clear communication to the development team.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases, collaborating on sprint planning, backlog grooming, and bug prioritization.

- Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior data, and other relevant data sources to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space, proactively suggesting innovative product features and strategies.

- Support product launches, including coordinating marketing efforts, preparing user documentation, and providing training and support to internal teams.

- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other team members, and participating in cross-functional projects as needed.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)

- Less than 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive product decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms.

- Passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a focus on execution and delivering results.
