شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Rahgozin Rayaneh, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner to join our team and contribute to the development of digital products in the banking domain.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Department, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and QA to shape product requirements, manage priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure effective delivery of product initiatives from discovery to release 


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Department and business stakeholders to understand product vision, goals, customer needs, and business priorities
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Own, maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure the backlog is aligned with product goals, roadmap priorities, business value, dependencies, and delivery capacity
  • Participate actively in product discovery and requirement analysis
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, release planning, and product prioritization
  • Define feature scope and ensure requirements are clear before development starts
  • Manage changing requirements and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion
  • Identify and manage dependencies between teams and product initiatives
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and product decisions clearly
  • Define product KPIs, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
  • Use customer feedback, product data, business insights, and stakeholder input to support product decisions
  • Monitor delivered features and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure requirements, decisions, priorities, and product knowledge are properly documented
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, review sessions, and other Agile product activities
  • Work with QA and engineering teams to ensure delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria and product expectations
  • Identify product risks, blockers, assumptions, and dependencies early and drive them toward resolution
  • Balance customer needs, business value, technical constraints, risk, and delivery effort when making prioritization decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product role
  • Strong understanding of Product Ownership and Product Management principles
  • Strong experience in product discovery, requirement analysis, backlog management, and prioritization
  • Proven experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and feature specifications
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement
  • Experience defining and managing product roadmaps and release plans
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum product development practices
  • Experience working within a Product Department or multi-team product organization
  • Strong stakeholder management and expectation management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts between stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make product decisions based on business value, customer needs, product data, and technical constraints
  • Strong understanding of product KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-driven product development
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and complex product initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good understanding of software development processes and digital product delivery
  • Experience working closely with software engineering and QA teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools

  • Technical background or strong experience collaborating with engineering teams
  • Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation
  • Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory considerations in financial products
